signalmedia measures page visits, article opens, and time spent actively reading. Only the publisher can view these statistics.

When available, the hosting network supplies an approximate city and country from your connection. This is not a street address or a precise location. We do not store your raw IP address. A daily, one-way identifier estimates unique visitors; shared connections and changing devices can affect that estimate.

Reading time counts visible, recently active time, rather than time spent in a background tab. Browsers that send a Do Not Track preference are excluded. Records in signalmedia’s own readership dashboard are retained for up to 90 days.

The contact form sends your name, email address, and message through Web3Forms to griffinadjei@gmail.com so the publisher can respond.

Reading preferences on your device

Recommendations use article IDs and category reading counts saved only in this browser’s local storage. This history is not sent to the server or linked to an account. Your theme choice is also saved locally. Clearing this site’s browser data resets both. Closing a Read next suggestion hides suggestions for the rest of the browser session.

Google Analytics

With your permission, signalmedia also uses Google Analytics to measure page visits, engagement, device and browser information, and approximate location. Google receives connection and usage information and uses analytics cookies. Google Analytics reports are available to the publisher through the Google Analytics account; they are separate from the readership dashboard above.

The Google Analytics tag loads only after you accept analytics cookies. You can decline or change your choice using “Analytics cookies” in the footer. We remember that choice for up to six months. Withdrawing permission disables further Google Analytics collection and removes its analytics cookies from this site; it does not erase information already received by Google. Google Analytics is disabled in the publisher studio and for browsers sending Do Not Track.

Advertising personalisation and Google signals are disabled in this tag. Google Analytics retention follows the publisher’s Google Analytics settings, separately from our own dashboard. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.

Embedded media

Some articles include videos or posts hosted by YouTube, X, or TikTok. When an embed loads or you interact with it, the provider may receive connection information and use cookies or similar technologies under its own privacy policy. Our Do Not Track handling applies to signalmedia’s own readership statistics, not to these third-party players.

Publisher sign-in

Google sign-in is used for the publisher workspace. A secure session cookie keeps the publisher signed in for up to seven days. Readers do not need an account.

Advertising

Google AdSense advertising is not currently enabled on signalmedia. Before advertising is activated, this page will be updated to explain advertising cookies, data use, and the available consent choices.
